I’ve been to many reputable clinics before, and this was my first time here. The clinic itself is nicely decorated with a calm ambiance, though the staff felt just “okay” rather than welcoming. I came in for their “K-Beauty” microbotox facial, which was explained as a treatment to minimize pores, reduce redness, and give a subtle glow; nothing dramatic, just a refreshed look for upcoming events. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. The treatment ended abruptly when the provider handed me off to the receptionist, without any aftercare guidance or clear instructions on what to avoid post-treatment. That lack of communication turned out to be a major issue. A few days later, the left side of my face broke out with bumps and irritation, something I’ve never experienced before despite having healthy, non–acne prone skin. Initially, I suspected a hygiene issue. When I reached out, the response I received felt dismissive. While I later realized my own skincare routine (retinol and salicylic acid) likely contributed to the reaction, the clinic’s failure to provide post-care instructions made this situation much worse. Clear guidance could have helped me avoid the flare-up altogether. I did ask for a refund but of course it won’t happen so I will just swallow this one and move on to a better clinic and better provider.

I had a fantastic experience at BeautyFix Medspa, thanks to Anita and the wonderful staff who made me feel welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and warmth truly set this place apart, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received. I can't wait to return for my next appointment!

Hunnyyyyy.... I am LOVING these results. I got my Botox about 2 weeks ago and I am astonished. Idk why I haven't done this before. Not only are my areas of concern magically erased, nobody told me about the skin benefits of Botox. My skin is nice and glowy and my face is the best it's ever looked. Kateryna, the newest addition to the team, is truly one of the best injectors you could ask for (of course, Anita is incredible too—that’s a given!). Her technique is exceptional, and her bedside manner is warm and reassuring. She’s incredibly precise, and the subtle adjustments she makes work like absolute magic. I have a particularly stubborn 11s area that usually needs touch-ups, but she nailed it. She also did my lip filler, and the results are absolutely stunning! Kateryna (RN) is amazing! I’ve seen her for several treatments (Botox, PRF injections, etc) and I’m always SO happy with my results. She’s very thorough, patient & honest. 10/10 so grateful I found her! The office itself is always clean and the staff is very friendly, my friends & I love this place!
